A wine with a crystalline elegance, fresh and sapid, Foscaro Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie interprets one of the territory’s best-loved grape varieties with style. Bright straw yellow in colour and with an intense aroma, it presents notes of ripe pear, wild flowers and a subtle hint of bread crust. On the palate, it is harmonious and persistent, ideal for those seeking a refined yet immediate taste.
Ideal with crunchy salads, raw seafood, delicate steamed or grilled fish and white meat in simple dishes.
Soft pressing and crushing. Fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15 °C. Aged in stainless steel.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12–18 °C.
Avoid refrigerating for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8 °C.
