It has a complex taste that is balanced in flavour and softness. Its subtle, persistent effervescence brings forth fruity aromas while its harmonious acidity cleans the palate well.
For more refined palates, this energetic Brut enhances raw fish appetizers: oysters with yuzu jelly and pink pepper, citrus marinated shrimps, salmon tartare, or lobster linguine. However, it is also recommended with a delicious Colonnata lard and Treviso radicchio pizza, or crispy deep-fried fish. Serve chilled at 6-8°C.
