In Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry, an unprecedented encounter between Glera and Pinot Noir bestows the Prosecco with a seductive rosy tint accompanied by an elegant and harmonious bouquet of small red fruits, all perfectly balanced. In the mouth, fine bubbles caress the palate in a velvety embrace, releasing all the zestfulness of the two vine varieties. The bouquet brings forth delicate hints of raspberry and wild strawberry.

FOOD PAIRINGS

An intriguing aperitif, it goes well with tasty appetizers such as mini savory salmon pastries or mini-pizzas with San Marzano PDO and fior di latte mozzarella. It adores strawberry tarts and berry macarons.

VINIFICATION

The vinification of Glera grapes is carried out traditionally, by softly crushing the grape berries and a brief cryo-maceration. The Pinot Noir macerates on the skins for 5 days at 20°C. After racking off, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 15-16 °C. Afterwards the two wines are cut and placed in a pressure tank with selected yeasts for the secondary fermentation by the Martinotti-Charmat method at 15°C

STORAGE AND SERVING TEMPERATURE

Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
Alcohol 11.0% by vol.
