From the steep, vine embroidered hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a unique feat of man and nature, comes the Brut version of this noble Prosecco. With its characteristic crystalline colour and fine perlage, this wine’s superior quality is instantly recognisable in its bouquet’s clear hints of green apple and pear, framed by a delicate mix of wisteria and white flowers. It is decisive on the palate, yet soft and fresh at the same time.
With its full, dry flavour, it is the perfect accompaniment for elegant dinners. Preferably paired with fish, especially raw seafood such as sweet red prawns and oysters, sushi, caviar or clams, it is also excellent with hard cheeses and Pata Negra lard. Serve chilled at 6-8°C.
