Since pre-Roman times, the vine has been cultivated in the clayey and mineral-rich soils of the Piave D.O.C. where the Cabernet vine has adapted well, producing this fine wine that is sapid on the palate, well structured, with subtle tannins and delicate notes of cut grass. Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, it has a red berry bouquet of blackberries, currants and raspberries and a slight spiciness that closes with a pleasant herbaceous note.
It pairs perfectly with roast veal, an Italian Sunday roast tradition, and is excellent with bolognaise sauce, game dishes, and ribs. The ideal drink for a barbecue with friends! Serve at 18-20°C.
