This Policy complements the Navigation Policy of our site, in order to illustrate to Users how the Company will specifically process the data entered in this contact form. You are thus invited to read our Privacy Policy [https://www.lamarca.it/en/informativa-sul-trattamento-dei-dati-personali/].

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The Data Controller processes the personal data communicated through this form solely to respond to the requests made, for example to obtain information on products or services (including the sending of the brochure, catalogue and/or other company information material), to obtain a quote, and so on. Consent is therefore not required given that processing is necessary to respond to such requests.

Data retention period

Should information be requested, the data shall be processed for the time necessary to provide a reply. If an estimate is requested, then the data will be processed for a maximum of five financial years following its issuance, without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary to settle any disputes that may arise, regardless of how such is achieved.

Nature of data provision and consequences in the event of refusal

The provision of data is strictly correlated to the use of the contact form and is thus necessary to forward the request for information. Failure to provide such data shall render it impossible to provide the information requested.

Scope of data communication and categories of recipients

The Data Controller will not disseminate the data but intends to communicate such to internal figures duly authorised to process the data by reason of their respective duties, as well as to sales agents, professionals or service companies and to public and private bodies, also following inspections and audits.

Should these recipients process data on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be appointed as Data Processors by means of a contract or other legal procedure.

Data transfer to a third country and/or international organisation

Personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries nor to international organisations.

Rights of Data Subjects

The Data Subject has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data and to rectify such whereby inaccurate or else to erase the data or limit its processing if the conditions are met, as well as to obtain the portability of the data personally communicated.

To exercise your rights, you may use the form available here, to be forwarded to the Data Controller via the address: privacy@lamarca.it.
