Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry is the label that embodies the essence of the La Marca philosophy and fully expresses the unmistakable fragrances of Prosecco. Its delicate straw-yellow color is constellated by thousands of ultra-fine persistent bubbles, bringing fresh hints of green apple, white peach, lemon and grapefruit, roses and crusty bread to the nose. On the palate, it is silky, flavorful and persistent, with a zesty and balanced citrus note.
These elegant bubbles make any occasion special. Ideal for toasting, it also lends itself perfectly to mixology resulting in exciting aperitifs. At the table it is perfect with fish dishes, especially shellfish and tartare recipes, but also bruschetta with fresh tomatoes garnished with extra virgin olive oil.
The free-run must, which results from the gentle crushing of Glera grapes, is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Secondary fermentation is carried out in a pressure tank with the Charmat method at 15°C.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
