Winemaking Notes
Pressing is followed by a 15 days skin maceration at a temperature of 23 – 25°C.
After that this wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for about 12 months.

Alcohol Content
12,5% vol.

Ruby-red with purple shades.

Intense, with a distinctive aroma, spicy.

Main Features
Dry, with a soft acidity that makes this wine harmonious and balanced, with typical woody notes obtained with the ageing in barrels.

Food Pairing Suggestions
Ideal to accompany roast pork, rib-eye steaks and venison.
Serve between 18 - 20° C.
