100% Glera.

Winemaking notes
Very soft pressing. Initial fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. Secondary fermentation through the Charmat method at a temperature of 15°C.

Alcohol content
11 % Vol.

Pale straw yellow.

Rich bouquet with fruity notes and a distinctive floral aroma, with the typical character of Prosecco.

Main features
Soft, agreeable and intense, well balanced with delicate hints of fruit.

Food pairing suggestions
Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with starters and fish dishes.
Serve chilled between 6 – 8°C.
