Winemaking Notes
Very soft pressing. Initial fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C.
Secondary fermentation through the Charmat method at a temperature of 15°C.

Colour
Pale straw yellow.

Bouquet
Rich bouquet with fruity notes and a distinctive floral aroma, with the typical character of Prosecco.

Main Features
Soft, agreeable and intense, well-balanced with delicate hints of fruit.

Alcohol Content
11,00%

Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with starters and fish dishes.
Serve chilled between 6 - 8° C.
